Customer Relations + Website Manager

Intent (why we're hiring): In order to have a positive impact on our customers' lives, we seek to provide remarkable experiences throughout the customer journey. We want to make customers feel cared for and appreciated while providing an enjoyable online shopping experience. We are hiring a Customer Relations + Website Manager to lead the charge in these areas.

Description:This position will implement customer relationship management best practices and work to ensure that our items are accurately placed across the web in the most effective way possible.

Position Goal: The goal of this position is to be innovative in finding new ways to improve how we proactively engage and care for both current and potential customers with a focus on maximizing customer lifetime value, as well as ensuring that our products are displayed properly and effectively across multiple selling platforms, executing best practices with attention to detail.

eCommerce Fulfillment Manager

Delivering products in a thoughtful way ensures a joyful unboxing experience while simultaneously exceeding customer expectations through quick delivery. We are hiring an eCommerce Fulfillment Manager to lead the charge in these areas.

Description: In this role, you will be work hands on and be responsible for a team that tracks orders, readies items for shipment and ensures on-time delivery. Delivery prep includes securely and thoughtfully packaging the products, printing shipping labels, and coordinating with carriers to schedule package pick ups.

Position Goal: The goal of this position is to be innovative in finding new ways to improve fulfillment methods in terms of quality, efficiency, safety, and scalability while executing best practices with attention to detail.

Production + Warehouse Manager

We are hiring a Production and Warehouse Manager to lead the charge in these areas.

Description: Our Production + Warehouse Manager will work hands on, while leading a team to ensure best practices are in place. He/She will master production methods such as direct-to-garment, sublimation and UV printing, product assembly, lean product storage, and internal logistics.

Position Goal: The goal of this position is to lead an innovative team in finding new ways to improve methods of production and warehousing in terms of quality, efficiency, safety, and scalability.

Who we're looking for: We are looking for someone who is both growth-minded and passionate about what they do. You should have strong organizational skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and pay close attention to detail. We are hiring a Purchasing and Order Flow Manager to lead the charge in these areas.

Description: In this role, you will use your strong communication skills to seek, vet and build relationships with many different vendors. These efforts will allow for consistent access to high quality items at affordable costs. You will have a direct impact on both the company top and bottom line by sourcing products customers will love while ensuring quality and lowest possible costs. Additionally, you will work to process customer orders as received, readying lists for production and tracking inventory to ensure product availability.

Position Goal: The goal of this position is to be innovative in finding new ways to improve our product sourcing in terms of cost, quality, and reliability, as well as ways to optimize how we process customer orders, readying them for production and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.
